It’s YOU! Yes, it’s true; we are our own worst enemies. The problem with self-doubt and negative thoughts is that they can be detrimental to achieving goals. In this blog post I will teach you how to overcome yourself as an obstacle so that you can finally achieve what you want!

So why are we our own worst enemies? The problem lies within negative thoughts like self-doubt, which prevent us from achieving goals due to their detrimental nature.

When you constantly have negative thoughts about yourself then it causes a lot of problems in your life. It makes you feel as if all the hard work is not worth it and that success will never happen for you. This may be caused by underlying issues such as low self-esteem or lack of confidence.

The biggest enemy is inside of you: it is the part of you saying that you can’t do it. Ask yourself this question:

What scares you more?

It is easy to feel like change is scary and that it will never happen. But when you think about what scares you more, then maybe there are some things in your life that need a little adjusting.

Encourage your adversary by speaking words of inclusion and encouragement. Every morning before I start my day I say these words to myself:

  • I am better
  • I am stronger
  • I am smarter

Your words have influence that goes beyond just you. Every word you speak creates a vibration for yourself as well as the people around you. Even if you have direct competition or an own self enemy to go against, success and happiness starts with encouraging words.

Your whole future is your mirror, speak your greatest words and live from your greatest self and results are guaranteed to be better than ever. A positive mindset can be the difference between success and failure; regardless of where you are now or how far away from success seems to be.

Positive thoughts help create self-confidence which carries over into other areas of our lives as well! It creates an environment for happiness and satisfaction with yourself.

  • Believe in yourself
